Foundation and the 1990 Trust.
Fast Forward Grants
Fast Forward Grants, the London ESF Global Grants Programme, provides grants
up to £10,000 to small non governmental
organisations (mainly in the voluntary and community sector) for projects
which help people move towards employment.
This is the main purpose of the European Social Fund.

New funding arrangements unveiled by the LDA
In April 2002 a new, flexible funding regime to replace the Single
Regeneration Budget and other funding streams will be
introduced for the London Development Agency and the other Regional
Development Agencies across the UK.
Black Heritage Matters
The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) held an evening of speeches and celebrations
to mark Black History Month in October.
More than 200 people attended to hear about their community grant
programmes. The fund has set aside £500,000 for projects
in London as part of next year's Black History Month.
